The Health Regulation Authority is committed to ensuring the provision of world-class public and private medical and healthcare services for all residents and visitors to the Turks and Caicos Islands. We are committed to providing consistent, high-quality, and
efficient services that meet the existing and future needs of all customers and stakeholders.
This will be accomplished through:
1. The use of highly trained and professional staff, who perform at high standards.
2. Using an integrated digital platform designed to increase efficiency and transparency.
3. Maintaining relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and international standards.
4. Engaging with customers and interested parties to understand their challenges and requirements, improve products and services, and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. A management system that meets relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and international standards and is continuously improved.
This quality mechanism will be monitored, measured, evaluated, and continually improved under the leadership of the authority with ultimate responsibility for maintaining, reporting, and communicating its status and effectiveness at all levels.
The policy will be continually monitored and updated, at least every twelve months and communicated to all staff, customers, and stakeholders.
