Additional Healthcare Facilities/Spas with the same Owner

Special provision has been made for persons with more than one healthcare facility or spa. If a new healthcare facility or spa is established under the initially licenced healthcare facility or spa the fee schedule for any subsequent healthcare facility for the owner are as follows:

This fee is only levied when it is applicable and the reasoning will be provided. An example of where this applies is: additional services provided in relation to your application e.g. (over 2 follow-up inspections)
