LICENSING PORTAL
Online Portal Coming Soon...
Dear Healthcare Partners,
We would like to take this opportunity to give you an important update on the licensing process with the Health Regulation Authority.
Reiterating from the previous email, the Health Regulation (Amendment) Ordinance 2023 has made provisions for the provisional licensing of existing private and public medical establishments and healthcare facilities. This is a crucial step to ensure that all facilities can continue to operate legally while transitioning to the new regulatory framework.
To those who have begun the process, we sincerely apologize for any difficulties you've experienced while submitting your application, and we appreciate your patience during this process.
Unfortunately, our online licensing application portal is currently unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. We've implemented a temporary fillable paper-based alternative, which can be found below to prevent processing delays. Please email your completed application with all supporting documents to applications@hra.gov.tc or deliver hard copies to our office, Health Regulation Authority, 2nd Floor, Town Centre Mall, Downtown, Providenciales. Once the application is reviewed for completeness, a member of our team will reach out to you to schedule an inspection.
Upon resolution of our technical issues, we'll upload all submitted applications to the client licensing application portal, which will allow you to view and track your application status online.
We are working diligently with our software developers, and DETI, and will notify all healthcare facilities as soon as the portal is operational.
We understand that navigating new regulations can be challenging, and we are here to help. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our office at 649-338-4924 or via email at info@hra.gov.tc.
We value your cooperation and again apologize for any delays and frustration caused.
